After over 30 years in the current location,
Mikes Auto Body in Pittsburgh, PA, hope to break ground for their
new, modern facility. Mike’s new facility will be walking
distance of the current location on land provided by the Green
Space Program. Mike’s new facility features a learning center,
a comfortable waiting area with amenities, and drive-in claim
service.
The Learning Center will be available to vendors, insurance companies
and appraisers, as well as for community based events.
Mike’s Learning Center will feature:
• ASE State Certified Instructor on staff
• New paint and manufacture technique seminars four times
a year sponsored by PPG or Dupont depending on contract term
• Hertz I-CAR™
classes
• Job and Labor in the Automotive Workplace series
Insurance companies and adjusters will have full access to the
learning center for their needs.
New classes and seminars will be added as planning continues.
Mike’s new facility features a spacious waiting area with
all the comforts of home including:
• Comfortable Seating
• Child’s Play Area
• 2 TV’s
• Coffee Service
• Free Internet Access while you wait
We will also provide a separate drive-in claim area available
to insurance companies for their appraisers use.
A special thanks to Senator Jim Ferlo for all the support he
and his staff have given us, and to Mike’s new neighbor
Penn State and the city of Pittsburgh Mayors office for providing
the land in the Green Space Program.
